In it's original 1950's condition, this home was dying for modernisation and a freshen up!

 

With a very small budget, a lot of the changes were simply cosmetic.

For the space, Domi Design:

• Replaced the old timber front door with a modern aluminium door, giving it instant appeal internally and externally and upgraded security.

• As an ex-rental property, everything was painted stark white and very worn.  We repainted with a modern colour scheme, considering the room sizes, existing furniture and day light entering the home.

• Selected new modern light fittings.

• Selected new window furnishings.

• Selected decor to suit the client's style, existing decor and budget.

• Installed new bifold doors off the living areas and built a new deck and pergola to maximise the indoor/outdoor flow and all day sun.
