This client asked for design assistance prior to renovating his property in Milford, Auckland.

Admitting to having no idea about design trends, colours, textures, what works well together or even where to start, I provided a 14-page design concept which included:

• A Pinterest Board including collection of imagery to show the overall feel for the suggested design features, colour scheme, finishes etc to complement the existing interior features the client wished to retain such as the carpet and tiles.

• Images to show the suggested overall colour scheme.

• Kitchen concepts - images to show the suggested kitchen design features, including wall colours, cabinetry, flooring, splashback, timber floating shelves.

• Bathroom concepts - images to show suggested wall colours, floor and wall times, vanities, tapware.

• Design summary - encompassing wall colours, furniture, kitchen design aspects, bathroom design aspects, window furnishings, lighting suggestions, wardrobe finishes.​

 

The design concepts assisted the client with his renovation project, completing and project managing the works himself in his own time.
