EXTERIOR REFRESH
About to put their house on the market, Crestine and Andrew asked for my assistance in finding an exterior colour to give their house a modern makeover before the marketing photos were taken, to capture the attention of buyers.
As they were keen to retain the roof colour (keeping the budget low) and exterior fencing, we found a colour that worked with these elements but gave the house a modern and fresh feel to achieve the best sales price possible for them.
