While living in the UK, we asked Charlotte to design and manage a renovation of our bathroom in Auckland. We needed someone who was able manage the design, procurement and construction of our bathroom while we were on the other side of the world. During a change in tenancy and property management, we needed someone who was able to manage communication with all parties.
With so many people involved, a limited budget and time constraints we were weary that things could go wrong. Charlotte organised the timetables of all different parties with ease and was able to ensure the bathroom was designed and installed with our wishes and with her own design recommendations. Charlotte went above and beyond her call of duty when advising us on various issues that we couldn't address from the other side of the world, including issues in the rest of the property, such as smoke detectors and comments from our previous property managers and tenants.
I would say that Charlotte acted more as a project manager in addition to being the interior designer. I would definitely recommend Charlotte and look forward to working with her on future works with our properties.
